Rufus provides backing vocals for "La Song" on female singer-songwriter Cecil Seaskull's album, Whoever. Actually, he sings lyrics from the famous song, "La Vie en Rose," which are then incorporated into Seaskull's original track.
Seaskull, really named Cecil Castellucci, grew up in New York City where she attended the Laguardia High School of the Performing Arts. She later studied theatre at the Ecole Florent in Paris. After receiving fine arts degree in film production at Concordia University in Montréal, she became a singer-songwriter, and eventually a novelist for young adults.
