- Raggedy Andy - a fictional character created by writer Johnny Gruelle (1880-1938) in a series of books he wrote and illustrated for young children; Andy is a blue and white clad rag doll with red yarn for hair, and old friend and playmate of Raggedy Ann
- "Adios Kansas" - could be a reference to The Wizard of Oz: "not in Kansas anymore"
- Tower of Pisa - the Leaning Tower of Pisa is located in Italy (famous landmark)
